Job Description

• Provide research support for the Team; Auto focus • Maintain integrity of industry and comparable company valuation models. • Monitor portfolio positions; assist in development of consensus opinion regarding those positions and monitor changes in investor sentiment. Develop relationships with sell side analysts and other relevant parties.

Requirements

• Experience of 2-3 years M&A experience at a large investment bank • An understanding of business valuation techniques and fundamental analysis is critical, as is the ability to communicate ideas and information effectively and to organize the research process. • 3.5+ GPA, SAT- 1350+
