Requirements

Necessary qualifications are as follows:  1-3 years investment banking experience; strong M&A experience  Demonstrated transaction execution experience a must; must have completed an investment banking program  Must be able to speak and present well  Strong analytical capabilities, excellent written and oral communication skills
