Sectors include: toll roads, airports and airport related assets; telecom, water, energy and utility, rail, transportation and distribution assets. Responsibilities: • Assist in Marketing, Originating and Structuring transactions • Assist in running the deal team • Assist in developing and strengthening client relationships, and executes principal financial transactions covering an array of sectors

Requirements: Director: • 15+ Yrs of Investment Banking Experience • Proven track record of success and strong/established network of relationships Vice President: • 7-10+ Yrs of Investment Banking Experience • Proven track record of success and strong/established network of relationships Associate: • 2-7+ Yrs of Investment Banking Experience • Proven track record of success and strong/established network of relationships
