Job Description

Firm Description: Hedge Fund Location Specific: Convertible Arbitrage - London and New York Responsibilities: • Lof trading including stocks, bonds, options, futures, warrants, convertible securities and other financial instruments. • Fundamentals-based investment activities include distressed securities, energy-related strategies, long/short equity (technology, media, telecom sectors), public equity, private equity, and direct capital (equity and debt financing) • Tech ventures in biotech, computational biochemistry and the internet.

Requirements

Requirements: Necessary qualifications are as follows: • 3-5 Years experience performing fundamental credit analysis • Minimum 1 year of Convertible Arbitrage Experience • Ability to provide coverage on a variety of industries • Experience working closely in the markets • Strong Experience with leveraged finance, credit funds, and/ or high yield bond analysis
