Services include: • Preferred equity, Mergers, acquisitions and dispositions • Initial public offerings (IPOs) • Secondary and follow-on offerings • 144A institutional equity private placements • Convertible offerings and trading, Public/Private recapitalizations • Business creation and restructuring

Requirements

• 7+ years Investment Banking Experience with last 2 years focused on Industrials • Must have MBA; graduation 2004-2006 • Executive presence and strong communication skills, both oral and written • A high level of confidence and assertiveness to present and promote ideas and advice at all levels of the firm and client organizations • The ability to develop, build and maintain business relationships
